So any mention of buy it now ...ebay auction lingo is because I copied it from my auction site but this item IS for sale.

Hand Made Padlock Lock Key 7 ½ Pounds 7 ¾ inch tall STEEL body shackle RIVETED

Up for bid is what appears to be a handmade padlock. Probably one of a kind. VERY HEAVY DUTY. STEEL body and shackle weighs in over 7 ½ pounds.

Size is 8 inches tall x 5 ¾ inches wide by 1 ¼ inches thick to plates….. if including rivet heads it measures 1 5/8 inches thick RIVET to RIVET. My arm will easily fit through the shackle almost up and over my elbow.

I’m not sure why someone added metal in spots…not sure if those are repairs or part of the building process…. The key is unusually shaped and fits the keyway perfectly. Turning CCW the shackle immediately opens ½ inch but then needs a little pull and the strong shackle spring opens the shackle the rest of the way. The TIP of the shackle RIDES the lock body right above the locking mech. You could dress down the shackle a little or the body but I will leave that up to the new owner.

This hand made lock took many hours of work.
