Antique clocks for years. Please ask questions if interested. My descriptions are based off what information I have found on like clocks on the internet.

Some...at first glance may be common but please check out the paper label and where the clocks were made and the manufacturer.

I welcome any feedback / comments if I have not adequately described the clocks.

 

UP for sale is a SETH THOMAS #2 Regulator.

 

Type of Wood: I believe this is WALNUT. From info on the internet.. the only years this model was made with walnut wood...not veneer I believe was 1888-1913.

 

Size of case: 33 inches x 10. (rectangular case) Additional length needs to be added to the TOP of the Dial case. I'm not sure if the dimensions on the websites include this in the length. If so...then this would be the longer case I have seen on websites...and that would be the 36 inch model.

 

Originality/Shape: Dial is original. It is flaking. I have not taken it apart to take pictures of the movement. Will do so

soon and update pictures and descriptions or if interested, I can make that a priority. Winds up fine and once calibrated keeps excellent time.
